Bluffton Pressure Washing, Hereinafter BPW, affiliates and technicians are all well trained in utilizing equipment and take all precautions while providing our services. However, things happen and we do not assume responsibility for any damages that may occur while on property. While we may move some items ultimately it is your responsibility for these items to be return back to the location. If we do move them back and forth we are not responsible for any damages that may occur. We do use cleaning agents (mainly bleach) that can be damaging to clothes, electronics and plants. While it isn't our intention to damage anything (and 99% of the time we don't) things do happen but we are not responsible. If something does occur please call us to see if there is something we can assist with.

Also, only one man is perfect and none of us are that guy!! If we did miss something we would love to fix it! However, your statement must be paid in advance as a sign of good faith in your behalf for us to come and right the wrong. By allowing us to do work at your property this makes it so you agree to these terms and conditions.
